Welcome These Three Amazing New Team Leaders!

As we offer Imagining Your Future to young people in new communities, we want to share with you our excitement about three extraordinary people with deep experience in supporting youth in communities!

Leigha Griffin
Project Manager

Leigha brings over 20 years of experience in program coordination, volunteer management, and youth development. Before joining Harraseeket, Leigha served in multiple leadership roles at a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families in need. There, she managed partner relationships with community agencies, and oversaw volunteer operations, community partnerships, and improved equitable access to critical services for vulnerable families. She believes deeply in the transformative power of mentorship and in building collaborative programs that connect students, adults, and communities in meaningful ways.

Casey Bell
Senior Advisor, Community Partnerships

Casey is a community strategist and partnership builder with more than 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations strengthen strategy, partnerships and organizational effectiveness to expand opportunity. Throughout her career, Casey has worked at the intersection of community development, philanthropy, workforce development and economic opportunity. She has partnered with nonprofit, public and private sector leaders to navigate organizational growth, strengthen cross-sector partnerships and translate ambitious ideas into practical strategies that deliver measurable results.

Arosah Ali
Programs and Partnerships Coordinator

Arosah brings experience in international development through non-profit work, including three years of U.S Peace Corps service in Eswatini and prior experience with a refugee resettlement organization, with a focus on program coordination and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has supported entrepreneurship programming and initiatives advancing on economic opportunity and workforce development for underserved communities.
